A Laundry Supervisor will also be required to ensure quality controls are in place and manage customer service inquiries. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Manage overall daily operations of the Laundry DepartmentEnsure quality controls are in place for all laundry processes rejecting any exceptionsMaintain cleanliness of the laundry areaTrain develop and appraise the laundry teamEnsure linen and housekeeping supplies are ordered and controlled in line with Business and EventsCarry out stock takesEnsure par stocks are maintainedTake receipt of stock and ensure safe storageManage customer service issues quickly and effectivelyOversee the issuing of linen via a requisition systemEnsure team members adhere to all Health and Safety RegulationsCarry out any other reasonable task set by the hotels managementRequired Experience:Manager#J-18808-Ljbffr
