Job Title: Legal Counsel – Real Estate DevelopmentAbout the CompanyEmilion Development LLC is a forward-thinking real estate development company based in Dubai, specializing in off-plan residential and mixed-use developments. We are seeking Legal counsil to join our team. This role requires hands‑on experience within a real estate development company in the UAE and a strong understanding of the legal framework governing property development and sales in Dubai. The candidate will play a key advisory and operational role, supporting senior management on all legal matters related to off‑plan project development, sales, corporate operations, and regulatory compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiateoff-plan Sale & Purchase Agreements (SPAs), reservation forms, addendums, and buyer documentation.Handle all legal aspects ofreal estate development projects, including project structuring, approvals, and documentation.Ensure full compliance withDubai Land Department (DLD), RERA, and other relevant authorities.Advise management onlegal risks, contractual obligations, and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.Support the setup and management ofescrow accounts and ensure compliance with off‑plan regulations.Draft, review, and negotiatecorporate and commercial agreements, including consultant, contractor, supplier, and service provider contracts.Coordinate withexternal legal counsel, consultants, banks, and government authorities as required.Supportdispute resolution, pre‑litigation assessments, and coordination with external lawyers when necessary.Assist incorporate governance matters, internal policies, and compliance procedures.Provide practical, business‑focused legal advice to support the company’s commercial objectives.Why Join UsThis is a unique opportunity for an experienced real estate development lawyer to play a strategic role in a growing development company, contribute directly to project success, and be part of shaping landmark developments in Dubai.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.Minimum 5 years of UAE experience, withmandatory prior experience in a real estate development company.Strong, hands‑on knowledge ofoff‑plan property sales, DLD/RERA regulations, escrow laws, and UAE property law.Solid understanding ofcorporate and commercial lawas applied to real‑estate development.Proven experience incontract drafting, negotiation, and regulatory compliance.Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Fluency inEnglish is required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
