levelsJob Title: Contract LawyerAs a Contract Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and assistance in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts for our clients. This role is based in El-Fujairah, UAE, and is open to Malayalees with experience in contract law.Key Responsibilities:Advise clients on contractual rights and obligationsDraft, review, and negotiate contracts such as employment agreements, service agreements, lease agreements, etc.Ensure that contracts comply with relevant laws and regulationsConduct legal research to support contract negotiationsProvide guidance on legal issues related to contract disputes or breachesLiaise with external lawyers or legal teams as neededRequirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience as a lawyer specializing in contract lawKnowledge of UAE laws and regulations pertaining to contractsExcellent communication skills in English (Malayalam is a plus)Strong negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksBiometric passport is preferredThis is a contract position without accommodation provided.
