In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing sales opportunities within the region. You will play a key role in the top of the sales funnel, working closely with regional sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth.## **Key Responsibilities*** ## Identify and research potential customers within target markets using digital tools, databases, and industry events.* Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads.* Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria and hand them off to the sales team for follow-up.* Maintain accurate records of all lead and opportunity activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce).* Collaborate with marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.* Schedule meetings and product demos for sales executives.* Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and campaign performance.* Achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs for lead generation and conversion.## **Qualifications & Skills****Required:*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (**Civil Engineering is a plus**).* 2–4 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales (preferably in B2B technology or SaaS).* Strong communication and interpersonal skills — fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).* Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.* Familiarity with sales prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, etc.).**Preferred:*** Experience in construction technology, or industrial solutions sectors.* Prior experience working in the Middle East region.**What We Offer:*** Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.* Global career growth opportunities within Trimble’s network.* Collaborative, innovative, and inclusive work culture.* Health insurance and employee benefits package.* Opportunity to work with world-class technology shaping the future of how the world works.****How to Apply:**** Please submit an online application for this position by clicking on the ‘Apply Now’ button located in this posting.****Join a Values-Driven Team: Belong, Grow, Innovate.****At Trimble, our core values of Belong, Grow, and Innovate aren't just words—they're the foundation of our culture.
