Job Description

<div><p>Oversee the document management process across engineering and construction projects. The successful candidate will manage, track, and control all project documentation in alignment with organizational standards and project timelines.</p><h3>Duties And Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage and maintain the document control system to ensure accurate tracking, archiving, and retrieval of project-related documents</li><li>Establish and enforce document control procedures in accordance with company standards and client requirements</li><li>Coordinate the flow of engineering drawings, submittals, specifications, RFIs, and other documents among project stakeholders</li><li>Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before distribution</li><li>Train and support team members on document control processes and systems</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for document control issues within the project</li><li>Ensure timely distribution and acknowledgment of controlled documents to internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Generate document control reports and track document status throughout the project lifecycle</li><li>Work closely with project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure proper documentation handling</li></ul><h3>Qualifications, Knowledge&Skills</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university with at least 3 years of relevant experience</li><li>Diploma from a recognized institution with at least 7 years of relevant experience</li><li>Strong understanding of document control principles and practices in engineering or construction projects</li><li>Proven experience with Oracle-based document control platforms (e.g., Aconex, Primavera Unifier, or similar)</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Knowledge of ISO document control standards is a plus</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
