This role is focused on identifying and engaging high‑potential Web3 projects that need token launch, fundraising, distribution, and go‑to‑market infrastructure. You’ll be the first point of contact for founders, token teams, ecosystems, protocols, and strategic partners – opening conversations, qualifying opportunities, and handing strong leads to the Business Development team. You should understand how token launches work, where promising projects emerge, and how to turn targeted outbound into real business opportunities.What You’ll Be SellingChainGPT Launchpad – ChainGPT’s launchpad and token distribution platform, built for token sales, campaigns, and community participation.Saleium – ChainGPT’s self‑hosted public sale engine, enabling projects to run white‑label token sales directly on their own domain with on‑chain sale infrastructure underneath.What You’ll DoLead Generation & Prospecting – Own outbound lead generation for Launchpad and Saleium.Research, identify, and qualify high‑potential Web3, crypto, and AI‑native projects.Build and manage prospect lists across verticals such as token launches, launch‑ready projects, ecosystems, infrastructure, DeFi, AI × crypto, and strategic partners.Prospect via email, Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord, X, etc.Use enrichment, automation, and workflow tools such as Kommo, Zapier, n8n, Lemlist, Make.com, and AI‑assisted prospecting tools to improve efficiency and scale outreach.Qualification & Pipeline Development – Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess project fit, timing, launch stage, fundraising plans, and partnership potential.Qualify whether a project is a better fit for ChainGPT Launchpad or Saleium.Maintain consistent follow‑up and nurture leads through the prospecting funnel.Create Telegram groups and coordinate early‑stage sales conversations to support education, alignment, and deal progression.Hand over qualified opportunities to the Business Development team with strong context and clear next steps.CRM, Reporting & Process – Keep CRM fully updated with activity, notes, lead status, next steps, and pipeline movement.Track outreach effectiveness, lead quality, conversion rates, and source performance.Deliver weekly reporting on pipeline progress, outreach results, market signals, and growth opportunities.Help improve qualification criteria, outreach workflows, and SDR processes over time.Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, and internal stakeholders to align on target accounts, messaging, and campaign priorities.Collaborate on ICP refinement, lead scoring, outbound messaging, and account‑based initiatives.Ensure smooth, high‑quality handoff of qualified opportunities into the commercial pipeline.Market Research – Stay current on trends across Web3, token launches, fundraising infrastructure, launchpads, AI × crypto, and sales automation.Track market activity, new projects, competitor movements, and ecosystem developments.Surface strategic insights that help improve targeting, messaging, and outreach quality.What We OfferWork alongside the ChainGPT core team on high‑impact AI and Web3 products across our ecosystem.Remote‑first setup with flexible hours, focused on outcomes, trust, and ownership.Competitive compensation, with performance‑based upside where applicable to the role.Fast‑moving environment with direct collaboration across all team members, including senior management, and clear accountability with no micromanagement.Support to do your best work, including the tools you need, structured onboarding, and clear room to grow.Company Culture and ValuesTrustEffective SpeedInnovationGrowthAdditional InformationEmployment Compliance and Confidentiality – All employees will be onboarded through our official payroll and HR provider, which manages employment documentation, tax withholdings, and compliance with legal requirements based on the employee’s country of residence.Onboarding process includes KYC verification, NDA, employment contract, and any additional legal requirements specific to your jurisdiction.Employment Structure – The position is offered on either an employee or contractor basis, dependi
