Lead Landscape Architect

The Lead Landscape Architect will be responsible for managing and coordinating all landscape architectural works for the Diriyah luxury development, ensuring full compliance with approved master plans, design intent, contract requirements, and local authority regulations. The role focuses on constructability, quality delivery, cost control, and seamless coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to meet aggressive timelines and premium quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all landscape architectural activities from design development through construction and handoverEnsure landscape works align with approved design intent, luxury hospitality standards, and project specificationsReview, coordinate, and approve landscape shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, method statements, and as-built drawingsCoordinate closely with consultants, PMO, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical and constructability issuesSupport value engineering, alternative proposals, and cost optimization without compromising qualityMonitor landscape subcontractor performance, progress, and compliance with quality and HSE requirementsLiaise with local authorities and support approvals, inspections, and final handover documentationEnsure adherence to UCC HSE, IMS, and project-specific safety standardsProvide technical guidance and leadership to site and design coordination teamsJob Knowledge & SkillsStrong technical knowledge of hardscape, softscape, irrigation systems, external works, and landscape materialsSolid understanding of Saudi local authority requirements and approval processes (Diriyah standards preferred)Proven ability to manage complex interfaces in luxury hospitality and mixed-use developmentsStrong coordination, communication, and leadership skillsERP system knowledge is mandatory (SAP experience preferred)QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or ArchitectureProfessional certification is an added advantageExperience RequirementsMinimum 12+ years of relevant landscape architectural experienceAt least 5 years in a lead or supervisory role with a main contractorProven experience on luxury hotels, resorts, high-end mixed-use, or master development projectsGCC experience (minimum 2 years) is preferred; KSA experience is a strong advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
