With over 30 years of industry presence this firm has built a solid reputation for transparency innovation and client success offering a broad range of CFD products including forex commodities indices and more.</p><p>The candidate will have a strong grasp of legal frameworks compliance processes and risk management practices with the ability to work proactively in a dynamic international environment. This role offers exposure to multi-jurisdictional operations requiring precision confidentiality and sound judgment.</p><h3>Location</h3><p><b>Location</b>: Remote Dubai or Lebanon</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><p>As a<b>Legal&Compliance Specialist</b>your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:</p><h3>Legal</h3><ul><li>Draft review and manage a variety of legal documents including contracts NDAs internal policies and corporate agreements.</li><li>Provide timely legal guidance across business units to support operational and commercial initiatives.</li><li>Assist in company formation registration and licensing activities across multiple jurisdictions.</li><li>Oversee corporate secretarial duties and maintain accurate legal records for all entities and affiliates.</li><li>Monitor regulatory developments and legal changes relevant to the companys operations ensuring timely updates and implementation of necessary compliance actions.</li></ul><h3>Compliance</h3><ul><li>Support the Head of Legal&Compliance in managing internal and external compliance reporting and regulatory filings.</li><li>Coordinate the registration and maintenance of licenses trademarks copyrights and corporate identifiers.</li><li>Review and resolve compliance-related matters including client complaints and regulatory inquiries in line with applicable standards.</li><li>Contribute to the preparation of documentation for regulatory inspections and audits.</li><li>Ensure marketing and business content complies with legal and regulatory guidelines.</li><li>Oversee Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring processes and ensure strict adherence to AML policies and procedures.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Law or a related discipline (required).</li><li>12 years of experience in legal or compliance roles ideally within financial services or corporate environments.</li><li>Understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks governing international business operations.</li><li>Strong research analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Excellent drafting communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Familiarity with AML regulations and compliance best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal/compliance management tools.</li><li>Professional certifications in compliance (e.g. Certified Compliance Professional) are considered an advantage.</li></ul><h3>Whats in it for you</h3><p>Our client offers an exciting challenging role in a collaborative dynamic environment.
