We’re Hiring: Bilingual Legal Counsel (Arabic/English)Location: Full-time, on-site – Dubai, United Arab EmiratesSalary: Approximately AED 12,000/monthWe are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Legal Counsel (Arabic/English) to join our team for a full-time, on-site position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end legal support, including legal advisory, contract negotiation, document drafting, and handling matters related to business operations in compliance with UAE law.Key Responsibilities:Provide legal advice on a broad range of corporate and commercial mattersDraft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documentsConduct legal research and assess potential legal risksPrepare legal memorandums and opinionsSupport internal teams with legal guidance aligned with UAE regulationsLiaise with external stakeholders, clients, and regulatory authorities when requiredQualifications & Requirements:Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)In-depth knowledge of UAE laws and legal proceduresMinimum of 5 years’ experience as a legal counsel within the UAEStrong experience in drafting and negotiating contracts and legal documentsExcellent legal research and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated expertise in preparing legal memorandums and various contractual documentsIf you meet the above criteria and are ready to contribute to a dynamic legal team, we encourage you to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
