OverviewLibrarian vacancy in Khalifah A City, UAE. We are looking for a Librarian to join our team in Khalifah A City. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining our library collection, ensuring it is up-to-date with the latest materials, and assisting patrons with locating books and other materials, as well as providing reference and research assistance. Salary: 1500 AED per month.ResponsibilitiesOrganize and maintain the library collection; ensure materials are up-to-date.Assist patrons in locating books and other materials.Provide reference and research assistance to patrons.Support library operations and customer service.Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Library Science or related field.Proven experience as a librarian or in a similar role.Familiarity with cataloguing systems and procedures.Knowledge of library classification systems such as Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC).Excellent customer service skills.Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite.Fluency in English; any other language is an asset.We are open to candidates from all backgrounds, including those without prior experience who are eager to learn.
