The successful applicant will be responsible for managing our library resources, organizing events and activities centered around reading, and providing exceptional customer service to library patrons.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a library environment. This position offers a salary of 1500 AED per month and we are willing to consider applications from immigrants.Primary duties include:Collecting, maintaining, organizing and cataloging books, DVDs and other media materials.Planning and supervising educational events such as book readings, author interviews and workshops.Teaching library users the use of online catalogs.Helping patrons locate reference materials.Maintaining accurate records of all library transactions.Responding to inquiries from patrons in person, by telephone or email.If you have the necessary qualifications and experience for this position, we would love to hear from you!
