Listing Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Listing Agent to join our real estate team in Abu Dhabi. In this role you will be responsible for managing property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing presentations and maximizing exposure to attract potential buyers or tenants.ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage property listings on various real estate platforms, ensuring accuracy and high-quality presentation.Gather and verify all property details including descriptions, pricing, photos, and virtual tours.Coordinate with property owners, developers and internal teams to obtain necessary information and approvals.Ensure that all listings comply with company standards and platform requirements.Regularly update listings to reflect changes in availability, pricing or property details.Respond to inquiries from potential buyers or tenants in a timely and professional manner.Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance listing visibility and lead generation.RequirementsMinimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in real estate with a focus on property listing.Strong knowledge of property portals such as Dubizzle, Property Finder and Bayut.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings efficiently.Familiarity with real estate marketing tools and trends.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Minimum 2 years of real estate industry experience. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of local market trends and rental regulations. Proficiency in real estate databases and CRM software.
