Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.</p><h3>About The Role</h3><p>Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating and monitoring inbound shipments of materials, components, and equipment to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery to Sulzer facilities. The role supports procurement, production, and project execution by ensuring inbound logistics activities are executed in compliance with Sulzer policies, local regulations, and quality standards.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Coordinate and monitor inbound shipments (local and international) from suppliers and vendors</li><li>Prepare, review, and control inbound shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, and certificates</li><li>Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs brokers to ensure smooth inbound clearance and delivery</li><li>Track inbound shipments and proactively follow up on delays to minimize impact on operations and projects</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely updating of inbound logistics data in SAP or approved Sulzer systems</li><li>Support procurement and warehouse teams with delivery planning, material receipt, and discrepancy resolution</li><li>Ensure inbound logistics activities comply with Sulzer Supply Chain Directive and local customs regulations</li><li>Control inbound freight costs and support cost optimization initiatives</li></ul><h3>Qualifications / Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.</li><li>1 to 3 years of experience in inbound logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations.</li><li>Languages: Arabic&English.</li><li>Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).</li><li>Basic understanding of Incoterms and international shipping.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inbound shipments.</li></ul><h3>What we offer you</h3><ul><li>Annual vacation of 21 working days.</li><li>Excellent opportunities for development, along with a competitive salary and company bonus scheme.</li><li>A great working environment.</li></ul><p>Sulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
