They are responsible for using various tools and methods to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can help improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of warehousing operations.Job DescriptionData Gathering and CleaningGather and clean data from various sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, reports, or web pages.Identify and troubleshoot data issues or discrepancies to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Statistical and Analytical TechniquesApply statistical and analytical techniques to data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in logistics operations.Dashboard and Visualization CreationCreate and maintain Monthly, Weekly, and Daily Dashboards and Visualizations to communicate data findings, KPIs, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.Collaboration and CommunicationCollaborate with other departments, including Operations, Procurement, and Customer Service, to understand data needs and provide analytical support to improve logistics processes.Research and ImplementationResearch and implement best practices and new technology for logistics management to enhance operational efficiency.KPI EvaluationMonitor and evaluate KPIs such as inventory levels, budget adherence, Field Service Tickets, and Customer Orders to track performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications/RequirementsA Bachelors degree in data analyst, supply chain management, data science, business analytics or a related field.Proven Experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the logistics or supply chain domainProficiency in data analysis software and tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau or Power BIAbility to work with large and complex data sets and databasesStoring analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skillsExcellent Communication and presentation skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
