Logistics Coordinator

OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team at Medetone. In this role, you will support the day-to-day logistics operations, including stock control, inventory management, and order fulfilment. You will work closely with our supply chain partners, warehouse staff, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely handling of goods, with a focus on maintaining stock accuracy and supporting efficient dispatch processes.Salary: up to AED 6000ResponsibilitiesAssist with managing and monitoring inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy across systems and physical locationsCoordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries, including checking stock against purchase orders and tracking shipmentsPerform regular stock takes and cycle counts, identifying and reporting any discrepanciesEnsure accurate data entry and record-keeping of inventory and stock movement using inventory management systemsLiaise with warehouse staff and couriers to resolve delays, damages, or other logistical issuesPrepare and maintain stock reports for internal use and management reviewsSupport procurement and restocking activities by flagging low stock and assisting with purchase ordersEnsure packaging and dispatch of customer orders is done in line with service standards and SLA requirementsMaintain a clean and organised stock area and support with logistical aspects of product launches and seasonal stock changesAdhere to health and safety procedures and contribute to continuous improvement in logistics processesRequirementsPrevious experience in a logistics, warehousing or stock control role (internships or part-time roles also considered)Strong attention to detail and good numerical skillsExcellent organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentComfortable using Excel and inventory management systems (training provided if necessary)Clear communication skills and ability to work well within a teamReliable, punctual, and eager to learn and grow within the operations functionPhysically able to assist with stock handlingBenefitsWhy Join Us?At Medetone, you\'ll be part of a dedicated team working to redefine healthcare delivery.
