OverviewLogistics Coordinator (Malayalee/Egyptian preferred)We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the transportation and storage of goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers.ResponsibilitiesPlan and track shipments from origin to destinationCoordinate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of goodsMonitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment ordersPrepare shipping documents such as bills of lading and customs declarationsEnsure compliance with local and international shipping regulationsCommunicate with customers to provide shipment updates and resolve any issues that may ariseQualificationsBachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management or a related field2+ years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar roleStrong knowledge of shipping procedures, regulations, and documentationExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesProficiency in MS Office and logistics software systemsPreferred QualificationsFluency in Malayalam or Arabic (for Malayalee or Egyptian candidates)Experience working in the UAE logistics industryIf you have a passion for logistics and are looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career, we encourage you to apply for this position.
