If you are organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about operational excellence, this is the role for you.About Your TeamReporting directly to the Logistics Manager, you will work closely with site operations, safety, commercial teams, and external suppliers to ensure smooth logistics administration and compliance across all activities.Your RoleAs a Logistics Officer, you will:Plan and execute setup of logistics files aligned with site requirementsMaintain accurate reports and forecasts on plant utilizationUpdate storage area requests and labour histograms for planning and welfare purposesManage digital records for plant bookings, fuel consumption, hired plant schedules, operator registers, and daily progress reportsSubmit monthly equipment and inspection registers to the Safety departmentCompile daily site reports including machinery, manpower, activities, and visitor logs for consultant submissionsRaise Purchase Requests (PRs), track LPOs, and verify invoices with supporting documentationMaintain scanned backups of resource requests, timesheets, delivery notes, and breakdown logs for cost transfer and contra chargingCoordinate with suppliers on plant breakdowns, servicing, deliveries, and off-hiringManage online entry/exit pass requests and schedulingOversee documentation for inspections, inductions, toolbox talks, permits, vendor agreements, and moreLiaise with DAEP and airport authorities for landside and airside passes, material entry/exit permits, and driving licenses, tracking expiry dates for passesSkills and CompetenciesEssentialDiploma or equivalent qualificationProven experience in office administration, preferably within construction or logisticsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in MS Office and digital logistics toolsUnderstanding of LEEDs/Estidama and environmental (ESG) reportingFamiliarity with audit processes and basic data analyticsDesirableExcellent time-management and multitasking skillsHigh attention to detail and organizational abilityComfortable with technology and innovative administrative solutionsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationWhat We OfferOpportunity to contribute to some of the most iconic and challenging projects in the regionA high-performing, collaborative site environment with room to growDirect involvement in end-to-end construction operationsA full-time, on-site role in the UAE, with hands-on exposure to real-world logistics challengesReady to drive construction logistics on world-class projects?If you’re inspired by this opportunity and meet the requirements, we want to hear from you.Join ALEC Building and be a key force behind our on-site success and delivery excellence.Apply today and let’s build something exceptional.#J-18808-Ljbffr
