DescriptionAmazon is seeking a dynamic and customer‑obsessed Supervisors to lead and develop teams within our fast‑paced AMZL (Amazon Logistics) and FC (Fulfilment Enter) environments. This role will encompass responsibilities across both areas, requiring a versatile leader who can thrive in a dynamic, ever‑changing operational landscape. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient workflows, exceeding customer expectations, and driving continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to make history with one of the world's largest and most innovative companies, shaping the future of operations and logistics.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership: Oversee daily operations within both AMZL and FC environments, managing teams of operations supervisors, assistants, delivery service providers, and associates (30-40). Includes allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and maintaining exceptional organizational skills.Team Management: Lead, train, and develop high‑performing teams; foster a positive and motivating work environment, ensuring associate safety and adherence to Amazon's health and safety standards.Performance Management: Be obsessed with metrics, dive deep to identify root causes, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements across both AMZL and FC processes.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes; conduct deep analyses and implement process enhancements, becoming a subject‑matter expert on core operational processes.Communication & Collaboration: Communicate daily metrics and report exceptions; influence decisions, drive alignment, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.Problem Solving & Decision Making: Demonstrate strong problem‑solving and analytical capabilities; act decisively in a fast‑paced environment.Technology & Tools: Utilize software and hardware tools to ensure smooth daily operations; support rollout of new systems and coordinate repairs or replacements.Inventory Management: Maintain inventory accuracy within the FC environment.Basic QualificationsExperience managing teams.Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement.Preferred QualificationsExperience in logistics.Experience with data analysis.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
