Maintenance and Repair Supervisor

Virtucruit is partnering with a leading mining company in Saudi Arabia to appoint a Maintenance and Repair Supervisor within the Maintenance Department.This role is responsible for overseeing maintenance and repair activities of equipment and machinery to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. The successful candidate will coordinate maintenance teams, monitor equipment performance, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.This appointment offers an opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional to contribute to operational excellence and equipment reliability in a dynamic mining environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance OperationsSupervise maintenance and repair activities of machinery and equipment.Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.Monitor equipment performance and coordinate timely interventions.Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to operational plans.Team ManagementLead and manage maintenance teams to ensure productivity and efficiency.Provide guidance, training, and support to technicians and operators.Allocate resources and assign tasks based on priorities and workload.Safety & Operational ComplianceEnsure all maintenance activities comply with safety and environmental regulations.Promote safe working practices within the maintenance team.Follow site operational procedures and maintain proper documentation.QualificationsTechnical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering field is preferred.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance supervision.Experience in mining, industrial, or heavy equipment operations is required.Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of maintenance techniques, machinery, and repair procedures.Ability to diagnose mechanical or operational issues and implement solutions.Understanding of safety procedures, regulatory compliance, and operational standards.#J-18808-Ljbffr
