In addition to, maintaining the building, grounds, and its equipment in working order.Primary ResponsibilitiesConducting routine inspections of facilities and systems to identify potential issues or areas requiring maintenance.Performing troubleshooting and diagnostic tests on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.Carrying out preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations to minimize disruptions to operations.Repairing and replacing defective parts or components of machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.Coordinating with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or installations.Monitoring and adjusting building automation systems to optimize energy efficiency and occupant comfort.Conducting periodic testing and calibration of equipment.Participating in the planning and execution of facility improvement projects and renovations.Evaluating equipment performance and recommending upgrades or replacements as needed.Conducting root cause analysis of equipment failures and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Keeping abreast of industry developments and best practices in facility maintenance and management.Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inventory.Ensure proper Cleaning for all machinery room.Managing and making proper schedule for maintenance team to meet the organization operation hours.Manage the inventory of spare part and supplies required for maintenance and repairs to ensure the availability of critical parts and materials.Ensure assets register and coding all system within the facility.Ensure proper and organized documentation of all drawing, operation and manual and other related documents for every and each system.Perform other professional duties requested from line manager.Education / Professional QualificationsEducation Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in the related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
