Manager - Business Applications

OverviewOversee the daily operations and maintenance of business applications, ensuring system stability and performance. Manage the configuration, deployment, and integration of applications within the organization\'s IT infrastructure. Lead and participate in projects related to the implementation, upgrade, and enhancement of business applications. Collaborate with project teams, business analysts, and developers to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues, including application errors, data integration problems, and performance concerns. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and user guides. Work closely with business users to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the applications.
