Manager - Construction (Offshore -WHTs, Yard Fabrication)

Penspen is urgently looking for Manager - Construction (Offshore - WHTs, Yard Fabrication) for one of our Offshore PMC projects in UAE.Qualification RequiredThe candidates should have a Bachelors in Engineering Degree (Mandatory)ResponsibilitiesManage offshore construction projects from concept through execution, including wellhead towers (WHTs), Yard Fabrication and brownfield modifications.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.Collaborate with engineering teams to review and validate design documents, technical reports, and FEED deliverables.Conduct constructability reviews and ensure alignment between design intent and field execution.Interface with mechanical, electrical, structural, and marine disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.Deep understanding of WHTs, subsea infrastructure, piping systems, and brownfield tie-ins.Familiarity with international offshore standards (API, DNV, ASME) and marine operations.Ensure strict adherence to HSE protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements.Support engineering change management and resolve technical challenges.Experience RequiredMinimum 20+ years in oil & gas construction, with 5 to 8+ years in offshore projects.Should have at least 10 years of experience in Offshore Wellhead Tower &Yard Fabrication,Proven track record in PMC or client-side roles, especially within ADNOC or similar environmentsPrevious experience in the ADNOC Offshore projects in the similar role would be an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
