About the RoleThe Manager – Contract Facilitator for Asset Management at Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) will play a key role in shaping the legal framework of our assets and operating companies as we develop Qiddiya City into a premier entertainment destination. The successful candidate will support contract negotiations, operational company formation strategy, and the formulation of legal structures that support our operational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport QIC Legal in drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts related to operational company setups, including joint ventures, partnerships, and management agreements.Support QIC Legal in crafting legal strategy for the establishment of the operating companies within Qiddiya.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of legal strategies with business objectives.Follow regulatory and compliance issues as they relate to Asset Management operations.Coordinate with QIC Legal in addressing potential legal risks, and work with QIC Legal in crafting strategies to mitigate them, ensuring a robust framework for compliance.Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed, ensuring effective execution of legal services.Stay abreast of legal developments that may impact the Asset Management and entertainment sectors in the MENA region.Support preparation of legal documentation and reports for the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors.Administer training for internal AM team on legal and compliance matters relevant to Asset Management.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelors degree5+ years in a role within a corporate structure with paralegal responsibilitiesExperience within real estate Asset Management sector is preferredExperience working in international environments, particularly within the MENA region#J-18808-Ljbffr
