Job Description

ROLE SUMMARYThe Manager, Infrastructure is responsible to lead and manage the IT Infrastructure and Networking, including the Datacenters, the Communication and Telecommunication layers, as well as the contracts with key partners to maintain the business operations in optimal operative conditions. Also monitors infrastructure performance and applies IT Security and Cybersecurity policy definitions to comply with standards and regulations. Manages the IT Infrastructure Project Portfolio and helps on the elaboration of the business cases (Return of Investment) and annual budget (CAPEX and OPEX) for the area. Constantly analyses technology trends and prioritises those with higher business impact.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESAssist the Senior Manager, Operations and Access Management in the definition of the Infrastructure and Networking framework, Technology and brands involved.Perform administration of servers and infrastructure and networking components. Coordinate the patching and upgrading of the Software and Operative Systems to avoid obsolescence and prevent vulnerabilities.Develop a partnership relationship with key vendors and/or technology suppliers relevant for the IT services provided with the company operations.Supervise and define the Service Levels and upgrades related to the infrastructure and networking components supporting business processes and end users.Support the company business areas on the adoption of the appropriate technology for the business volume, making available to the Operations Management all the necessary technological tools to ensure the quality of the service at a competitive cost. Also lead projects for the evaluation, selection, and implementation of technological solutions that add value to the business.Safeguard the organization's information assets, ensuring the company's IT infrastructure is secure by implementing and following the IT security and cybersecurity standards.Plan and implement the technological infrastructure necessary for the business needs in terms of performance, control, availability, and scalability.Define the evolution of the Technological Infrastructure in line with the company business plan.Support the software/application projects from the beginning to gather timely the needs regarding hardware, software, communication, special devices, etc.Implement and maintain the IT Security/Cybersecurity Governance, following the defined operative practices and standards, which may include procedures and policies designed to protect enterprise communications, systems, and assets from both internal and external threats.QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electronics, Computer Sciences, Information Systems or a related disciplineEXPERIENCE• 10+ years in the IT industry and in Technology and Operation Areas with at least 3 years in a managerial level.#J-18808-Ljbffr
