The institution is seeking an experienced Manager – IT Strategy & Planning to lead its technology strategy function and support long‑term organizational growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the organization’s IT strategic plan, ensuring alignment with business objectivesLead the creation of transformation initiatives and oversee change management related to strategic shiftsDrive digital strategy programs and innovation initiatives across the enterpriseOversee the portfolio of IT projects to ensure strategic alignment and value realizationConduct ongoing market and technology trend assessments to guide strategic decisionsMonitor, evaluate, and report on IT strategy performance while identifying potential risks to strategic executionQualifications and SkillsStrong experience in IT strategy development, project portfolio oversight, and enterprise‑level planningDeep understanding of IT governance frameworks, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation practicesProficiency in project management methodologies and regulatory or control frameworksExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management abilitiesStrategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilitiesBachelor’s degree in a relevant field with certifications such as PMP, ITIL, TOGAF, CGEIT, AgilePM, or SAFeHalian GroupWith over 28 years of experience, we have come to understand that innovation is the only way to provide agile, practical solutions that transform businesses and careers.Our resourcing and smart services help you to realize tomorrow’s potential.
