We are seeking a dynamic Manager of Cost Competitiveness Projects to lead the planning execution and delivery of strategic initiatives that support Dubais D33 agenda and drive economic growth and sustainability. The role involves managing projects end-to-end ensuring alignment with strategic objectives adopting innovative practices optimizing resources and delivering financial insights through advanced modeling.The role requires expertise in project management financial modeling and cost optimization with a proven ability to deliver outcomes that enhance economic competitiveness.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelors degree in Economics Business or Finance (Masters/MBA preferred).Professional certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 MSP or Financial Modeling highly desirable.69 years project management experience in economic development cost optimization or efficiency projects.Strong expertise in financial analysis cost management and risk mitigation.Proven track record in delivering projects on time within budget and strategically aligned.Skilled in stakeholder management negotiation and communication.Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project Asana) and financial modeling software.Experience in enhancing economic competitiveness ideally within contexts similar to Dubai.Kindly Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 10 working days.
