We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Retail Banking team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Retail Banking team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Management - Manage the development and execution of portfolio strategies that align with client objectives and market dynamics to drive AUM and APE growthProposition Development- Collaborate with product teams to design and enhance investment and BancAssurance offerings that meet evolving client needsFrontline Advisory Enablement- Equip RMs with tools, training, and insights to deliver high-quality investment advice and improve book qualityClient Engagement and Advisory- Act as a trusted advisor in high-value client interactions, delivering tailored investment proposals and ensuring clarity on risk and returnRisk and Compliance Management- Monitor regulatory developments, ensure compliance with internal and external standards, and implement robust risk controlsPerformance Analytics- Track portfolio performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend actions to optimize outcomesInnovation and Market Intelligence- Leverage data, client feedback, and market research to drive continuous improvement and innovation in wealth solutionsPeople Management- Manage self and team in line with ADCB’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own and employee contribution to business performance. Organize and supervise the activities and work of the team to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systemsPolicies, Processes, Systems and Procedures- Implement approved departmental policies, processes and procedures, and ensure employee adherence so that work is carried out to the required standard while delivering the required standards of service to customers and stakeholdersContinuous Improvement- Manage and motivate the team to ensure they contribute to, and participate in, the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programmes and projects in line with the Bank’s standardsThe ideal candidate should have the following experienceAt least 6 years of experience in wealth management or investment advisory within a banking or financial institutionBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or EconomicsChartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Financial Planning Designation Course from a Reputable InstituteProficiency in EnglishDeep understanding of investment products including Mutual Funds Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) Bonds and Equities Strong grasp of financial markets and portfolio management principlesExpertise in leveraged solutions and structured productsFamiliarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks in wealth managementWhat we offerCompetitive Salary: The indicative pay range for this role is AED 30000– AED 40000 per month.
