Talents Tide is looking for a Manager – Training ( UAE National)Location: Dubai, UAEFunction: Human CapitalReporting To: Executive Director – Human CapitalRole OverviewTalents Tide is supporting one of its clients in the search for an experienced Manager – Training to lead the design, delivery, and management of learning and development programs that enhance employee capability, engagement, and performance. This role plays a key strategic part in supporting organizational objectives through effective training interventions and talent development initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement training and development programs aligned with business and talent strategiesConduct training needs assessments to identify capability gapsDevelop and manage the annual training plan, calendar, and budgetDeliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programsPartner with external training vendors and evaluate training effectiveness and ROICoach and support managers and leaders in developing their teamsMeasure training impact through KPIs, dashboards, surveys, and reportsLead onboarding and employee orientation programsLeverage LMS, e-learning platforms, and learning technologiesEnsure compliance with regulatory and industry standardsDrive employee engagement through learning and development initiativesKey Performance IndicatorsTraining plan, budget, and calendar deliveryTraining effectiveness and return on investmentParticipation and completion ratesEmployee engagement and feedback scoresOrganizational capability improvementQualifications & ExperienceBachelors degree in Business Administration or Human Resources (Masters preferred)4–6 years of experience in training and development, with at least 2 years in a senior roleExperience delivering training in a multicultural environmentL&D, CIPD, Coaching, or NLP certifications are an advantageKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong facilitation and presentation skillsKnowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologiesExperience with LMS and e-learning platformsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAnalytical, results-driven, and innovative mindsetApplicationInterested candidates may apply confidentially through Talents Tide.#J-18808-Ljbffr
