Today, our solutions support over 8,000 teachers, reaching more than 300,000 students.</p><h3>Role Overview</h3><p>We’re looking for a<b>Marketing Automation Engineer</b>to set up and manage our communication infrastructure across email and WhatsApp. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role centered on building reliable automation systems and scalable user journeys.<b>Experience with API integration and workflow automation is a must.</b></p><p>You will design and implement end‑to‑end communication flows—from onboarding to engagement and retention, ensuring strong deliverability, clear logic, and continuous optimization based on performance data.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Set up and manage automated email campaigns and flows in Mailchimp (must-have)</li><li>Implement WhatsApp messaging workflows using APIs or automation tools</li><li>Build user segmentation, triggers, and lifecycle journeys</li><li>Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize engagement</li><li>Translate content into structured, automated communication flows</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Strong, hands‑on experience with Mailchimp (required)</li><li>Experience building automation flows, triggers, and audience segmentation</li><li>Familiarity with WhatsApp Business tools or messaging automation platforms</li><li>Detail‑oriented, technical, and comfortable working with campaign systems</li><li>Able to execute independently and efficiently</li><li>Experience in education or learning products is a plus</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>A mission‑driven team at the intersection of education and technology</li><li>Flexible, remote‑friendly work environment</li><li>Ownership of core communication infrastructure</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
