Marketing Manager Job DescriptionArabic speaking mandatory.Merchandising: Oversee in-store product placement and displays, develop planograms and visual merchandising guidelines, monitor brand standard compliance, optimize product positioning to maximize sales.Communication Strategy: Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns, manage brand messaging across all channels, create content strategy for digital and traditional media, coordinate with PR and advertising agencies, track and analyze campaign performance.Events: Plan and execute promotional events and product launches, manage trade show participation, coordinate sponsorships and brand activations, oversee event budgets and ROI measurement, maintain vendor and partner relationships.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.5 years of marketing experience (4 years of professional non‑internship experience).Strong project management skills.Proven track record in retail merchandising.Experience in event planning and execution.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.Proficiency with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, pivot tables).Experience building, executing, and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs from concept to completion.Experience with customer research, hard data, metrics, forecasting and assessing efficacy of marketing programs.Experience utilizing systems and tools such as email, web analytics, CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation.Marketing Manager oversees strategic product placement, visual merchandising, and in‑store displays to maximize sales performance. Develops and executes comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels while maintaining brand consistency.
