We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Officer to lead the development and execution of a dynamic marketing and communications strategy that enhances the school’s visibility, reputation and enrolment growth.About the RoleAs Marketing Officer, you will be the creative force behind our brand identity, digital presence, community outreach and promotional campaigns. You\'ll play a key role in shaping the public image of the school, increasing engagement with key audiences, and supporting enrolment goals. This position requires strategic thinking, creativity, and strong collaboration with leadership, staff, parents, and pupils.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing & BrandingDevelop and implement a results-driven marketing strategy aligned with school goals.Ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all channels and materials.Identify and engage key target audiences (local and international families).Public Relations & School PromotionBuild strong relationships with local media, press, and educational partners.Represent the school at public events, fairs, and networking opportunities.Promote the school’s achievements, values and unique offerings.Digital Marketing & Content CreationManage the school website, social media platforms, and email campaigns.Create and curate engaging content (newsletters, videos, blog posts, case studies).Monitor performance metrics and optimise digital outreach.Community EngagementOrganise open days, campus tours, and promotional events.Collaborate with staff, pupils and parents to showcase success stories and build trust.Encourage pupil voice and family participation in marketing initiatives.Market Research & AnalysisConduct research on market trends, community expectations, and competitor activity.Provide insights to keep the school ahead of marketing and education trends.Admissions SupportWork closely with the Admissions team to deliver campaigns that drive enrolment.Align marketing efforts with the admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment.Budget ManagementManage the marketing budget responsibly and report on campaign ROI.Provide regular updates to the Headmaster and leadership team.QualificationsRequired: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.Preferred: Master’s degree or professional certification in marketing/communications.ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in marketing, PR, or communications.Experience with digital marketing tools, event planning and branding essential.Experience in an international school or education sector is a strong advantage.SkillsExceptional written and spoken English.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.Creative mindset with attention to detail.Bonus: Arabic language skills; confidence in presenting data and reports.Personal AttributesProfessional, culturally aware and people-focused.Proactive, enthusiastic and passionate about education.Resilient and adaptable, with a solutions-driven mindset.Committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.Working ConditionsBased at the Aldenham Prep Riyadh campus (Sunday to Thursday).Occasional evening or weekend work required for events or community engagements.How to ApplyIf you\'re a dedicated professional ready to contribute to a thriving international school environment, we’d love to hear from you!#J-18808-Ljbffr
