Our continued success depends on it!</p><p>Insulet Corporation is one of the fastest growing medical device companies thanks to the global success of the Omnipod® Insulin Management System in reducing the daily burden for people living with diabetes.</p><p>The Product Manager – Saudi Arabia, will be responsible for working with the country manager and the regional marketing head to develop&implement marketing programs that drive awareness&interest for Omnipod Insulin Management System, amongst people living with diabetes&drive lead conversion&customer retention in Saudi Arabia market.</p><p>A key objective of the role is supporting the growth in the customer base through helping drive both; new prescribers (HCPs) and patients (end users) starting on Omnipod&minimizing user attrition. This position will work very closely with other regional functions (Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Commercial operations, Legal and Compliance) as well as country distributor teams.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Drive brand growth and visibility within the franchise and support brand engagement initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate on and execute regional marketing strategies with internal teams to boost Omnipod® awareness, drive lead conversion, and retain customers.</li><li>Own the implementation of marketing campaigns and future portfolio launches in line with the agreed marketing plans, and support field teams for seamless execution.</li><li>Create and localize engaging marketing content for healthcare providers and patients, working with and managing external agencies and internal partners for approval.</li><li>Drive KOLs engagement initiatives and work closely with medical affairs on KOL development program for Saudi Arabia market.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams on HCP and patient leads generation campaign initiatives, and support implementation of international segmentation.</li><li>Plan and coordinate brand participation in medical conferences and manage asset approvals and distribution.</li><li>Track and assess marketing performance, leveraging insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.</li><li>Support international launches by coordinating and executing launch activities and maintaining brand identity consistency.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills&Competencies</h3><ul><li>Project management, communication, and collaboration skills with a track record of timely project completion.</li><li>Experience in Saudi healthcare sector is must, with considerable period spent in HCP marketing.</li><li>Consumer marketing, with understanding of digital marketing is a plus.</li><li>Ability to influence without authority.</li><li>Ability to deliver quality job with attention to details.</li><li>Strong cross-functional teamwork, with customer focused and growth mindset.</li><li>Creative approach, regulatory understanding, data analysis capabilities, and ability to prioritize high-impact areas.</li></ul><h3>Education and Experience</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or business field (additional qualification in digital marketing can be a plus).</li><li>Demonstrated experience in consumer and healthcare marketing; consumer social media is a plus.</li><li>Experience in regulated environments like pharmaceuticals or medical devices, regional experience is preferred.</li><li>Arabic fluency and English proficiency required.</li></ul><h3>Travel</h3><p>Periodic travel will be required - this will be to attend meetings in key markets, attend tradeshows/conferences, join sales teams on HCP visits.</p><p>NOTE: This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements (requires on-site work from an Insulet office at least 1x/week; may work remotely other days).</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
