Our solutions enable clients to manage exposure, automate workflows, and improve transparency across trading and operational functions.The Middle East and Africa represent a strategic growth region, with increasing demand for modern trading, risk, and ERP-integrated solutions.The RoleWe are hiring a senior MEA Sales Manager to build and scale our commercial presence across the Middle East and Africa.This role requires a seasoned enterprise software professional with experience in commodity trading, ERP ecosystems, or trading technology solutions.You will lead regional market entry, strategic account development, and partner channel growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive MEA regional revenue growthDevelop market entry strategies for priority countriesIdentify and close enterprise-level opportunitiesBuild relationships with energy majors, commodity traders, and state-backed entitiesEstablish and manage distributor or SI partnershipsLead complex negotiations and long‑term commercial agreementsProvide regional intelligence to inform product and market strategyRequirements10–15 years’ experience in enterprise software salesBackground in CTRM, ERP, trading systems, commodities platforms, or adjacent enterprise technologyStrong network in Middle East and/or African energy and commodity sectorsExperience selling into government‑backed or large enterprise environmentsProven record of closing complex, high‑value contractsStrong cross‑cultural negotiation and relationship‑building skillsFluency in English (Arabic a bonus but not essential)What We OfferCompetitive compensation + commission structureStrategic expansion role in a high‑growth regionOpportunity to shape Fendahl’s regional footprintExposure to executive leadership and global strategy#J-18808-Ljbffr
