The site will have commercial workplaces and retail units along with public realm.You’ll be responsible forReview Design Validation Reports, IFC drawings, and shop drawings for mechanical systems.Ensure compliance with FIDIC Yellow Book, UAE mechanical codes, and Abu Dhabi authority requirements (ADM, ADCD, Estidama, etc.).Supervise site installation of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire-fighting systems.Support testing, commissioning, and integration with BMS.Coordinate authority submissions, inspections, and approvals.Resolve design and site-related technical issues efficiently.Liaise with the Resident Engineer, contractors, and stakeholders.Manage multiple technical reviews to ensure timely approvals and compliant delivery.You’ll need to haveMinimum 8–10 years of relevant experience working for a PMC and/or Supervision Consultant, with at least 5 years in the UAE.Strong background in mixed-use building projects (mandatory).Experience in infrastructure works is an advantage (not required).Familiarity with Design & Build contracts under FIDIC Yellow Book conditions.Our valuesSafety first - Going home safe and well: We champion a safe, diverse and inclusive working environment, understanding the importance of wellbeing in every team.Client focus - Deliver on our promise: We own the quality of deliverables, strategic outcomes and build long term relationships with our clients.Integrity - Always do the right thing: We influence positive outcomes within our industry, while always aligning with our compliance obligations.Create opportunity - For our people to excel: We champion a continuous improvement culture throughout all activities, inspiring our people and teams to develop.Mace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates.
