Madre Integrated Engineering Full time Responsibilities Supervise preservation and maintenance activities, and workmen at Al Shamal STP site located in Al Shamal. Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company protocols. Plan, organize, and oversee the daily planned tasks of the maintenance team. Conduct inspections and provide reports on equipment status. Upload maintenance works done photographs, and report through the EAMS portal. Carry out inspections with stakeholders/clients during their visits to the plant. Requirements Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance works for static and rotary equipment's. Minimum qualification: ITI certification in Mechanical or a related field. Strong technical and supervisory skills. Ability to work in compliance with projects, systems, requirements, and timelines. Prior GCC/ O&M experience will be an advantage. Ability to manage a team of 15 persons, assigning tasks, monitoring, and controlling site activities, and uploading reports as guided by the engineer.
