They should be responsible to develop media buying strategies, analyze options, optimize budgets, monitor ad performance, and report to clients. Previous work experience with GCC region is added advantage, but not a must.ResponsibilitiesDevelop strategies, implement campaigns, and optimize the digital performance marketing channels (paid social, paid search, shopping campaigns, digital growth channels) to drive traffic, engagement, and retention.Knows/understands social media marketing (paid media specially)Effectively execute performance marketing strategies by deploying, implementing, and managing multi-channel campaignsHands on knowledge of Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerpointShould be a multi-tasker who can work with different countries on different projects simultaneously.Manage budgets and leverage data across the digital marketing channels and campaigns to achieve scale and efficiencyHandle multiple tasks/projects together with multiple countries.Manage and maintain day to day operations including execution, QA and reporting of campaigns.Develop and execute test and learn strategies across all channelsMeasure the incrementality of the different channels and campaigns to achieve maximum efficiencyAnalyze creative performance at a granular level to iterate on winning ad concepts.Utilize AI-driven bidding and automated optimization tools to maximize efficiency.Manage communication, set a process, and build relation with internal and external stakeholdersIdentify new and emerging marketing channelsSuggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channelsTrack KPIs and develop reporting process to assess performance and implement actions accordinglyGood with numbers/mathQualifications, Experience and Skills Required2+ years of experience in digital performance marketingBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fieldProven track record of managing and scaling digital marketing activitiesExcellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to use data and analysis to make recommendations and drive decisionsComfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked and high energy environmentOutstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skillsHistory of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job doneGood operational experience with search, special, shopping and/or remarketing channelsOrganizational and multitasking abilitiesCritical thinking skillsAt Honor, we celebrate diversity & Inclusion and are committed to build teams that represent a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.Start a new journey with HONOR to go beyond!#J-18808-Ljbffr
