About The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven Business Development / Sales Executive to join our Media Sales team. The primary objective of this role is to generate revenue through the sale of magazine advertisement space, sponsorship packages, event participation opportunities, and other media‑related offerings.Department: Media SalesReporting To: Department HeadLocation: UAEEmployment Type: Full‑time, PermanentExpected Start Date: ImmediateRole SummaryThe Business Development / Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and achieving assigned revenue targets through strategic sales of print and digital advertising, event sponsorships, partnerships, and related media offerings. The role requires proactive prospecting, client acquisition, relationship management, and consistent follow‑up to ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. The candidate will work closely with the Dept Head and internal teams to maximize revenue opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesSell print and digital advertisement space in MagazineGenerate sponsorship and partnership revenue for magazine‑led eventsDevelop and manage corporate client relationshipsIdentify new revenue opportunities in media and brand collaborationsAchieve assigned monthly and annual sales targetsMaintain pipeline tracking and reporting to Dept HeadRequirementsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) – 2026:Revenue Target: Achieve minimum annual gross sales revenue of AED 1.5M – 2MClient Acquisition: Onboard minimum 30–40 new corporate advertisers annuallyEvent & Sponsorship Sales: Close at least 10–15 major event sponsorship dealsBenefitsOffered Salary Range: AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month (plus performance‑based incentive structure)#J-18808-Ljbffr
