The Global Board Institute is dedicated to advancing excellence in corporate governance, board leadership, and director education worldwide. As we enter our next phase of strategic growth, we are seeking a Global Membership & Partnership Manager to design, build, and scale a world-class global membership and chapter ecosystem. This is a high-impact growth role focused on strengthening our international presence, expanding strategic alliances, and elevating our membership proposition to become the most respected and sought-after network for Board Directors and governance leaders globally.Role PurposeTo architect and scale a high-performing global membership and partnership ecosystem that strengthens GBI’s international footprint, deepens member engagement, and enhances long‑term recurring revenue growth.This role will lead a dual growth strategy focused on:Expanding international chapter partnershipsGrowing and enhancing the global membership baseDeveloping strategic institutional alliancesSupporting the launch and scale of our flagship global summitKEY RESPONSIBILITIESGlobal Chapter & Partnership ExpansionIdentify, recruit, and onboard high‑caliber local chapter partners in priority marketsDevelop partnership frameworks, including commercial structures and governance standardsEstablish performance benchmarks and partner enablement programsEnsure consistency of brand, quality, and member experience across regionsBuild and manage a structured partnership pipelineMembership Growth & Program DevelopmentDesign and refine a tiered membership architecture aligned with board‑level career progressionEnhance the value proposition to increase acquisition, engagement, and retentionDevelop corporate membership pathways and institutional relationshipsCreate referral and ambassador initiativesWork closely with marketing to execute targeted growth campaignsFlagship Market DevelopmentStrengthen GBI’s presence in the UAE as a model marketBuild strategic corporate partnerships and high‑level engagement initiativesSupport curated roundtables and thought leadership forumsPosition the UAE chapter as a global showcase operationGlobal Board Summit & Industry EngagementSupport the strategic positioning and growth of GBI’s annual global summitDevelop sponsorship frameworks and partner engagement strategiesCollaborate with regional chapters to drive participationEnsure long‑term scalability and commercial sustainability of the eventIDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILEWe are seeking a commercially driven ecosystem builder with strong executive presence.The ideal candidate will have:10–15+ years of experience in partnership development, membership organizations, associations, or international business expansionProven experience building and scaling multi‑market partnershipsStrong commercial acumen, including recurring revenue models and performance metricsExperience engaging C‑suite executives, Board Directors, and institutional stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to design structured frameworks and execute with disciplineEntrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in a growth‑stage environmentExperience in governance, professional education, executive networks, or related sectors is advantageous#J-18808-Ljbffr
