Merchandiser - Retail Operations SpecialistCompany: A growing retail chain in Abu DhabiLocation: Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesSalary: $1100 per month (tax-free)We are a fast-growing retail chain in Abu Dhabi and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail operations, strong communication skills, and be able to work independently. This role is open to Egyptian nationals who are fluent in English.Responsibilities:- Ensure merchandise is displayed and stocked according to company standards- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or issues to the store manager- Collaborate with the buying team to develop effective merchandising strategies- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines- Provide training and support to store staff on proper merchandising techniques- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for product placement and assortment based on customer demandRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations or merchandising role- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Flexibility to travel within Abu Dhabi for store visits- Egyptian nationality preferredBenefits:- Competitive salary of $1100 per month (tax-free)- Accommodation provided by the company- Work visa sponsorship- Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding retail chainThis job has no reviews yet.
