Merchandiser

<div><p>To execute daily Merchandiser activities within the assigned route, achieve sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and ensure product availability and excellent in-store execution.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Visit assigned customers daily according to the approved route plan.</li><li>Take accurate sales orders and enter them into the system.</li><li>Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.</li><li>Ensure product availability and prevent out-of-stock situations at customer locations.</li><li>Implement approved promotions and merchandising activities.</li><li>Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.</li><li>Follow up on collections in coordination with the finance department as per company policies.</li><li>Ensure compliance with pricing, discount, and credit policies.</li><li>Submit daily and weekly sales and visit reports.</li><li>Monitor competitors’ activities and provide market feedback.</li><li>Maintain a professional company image in the market.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Requirements</h3><ul><li>High school diploma minimum (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred).</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG or distribution.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld devices/sales systems (ERP, SAP).</li><li>Valid driving license.</li><li>Good knowledge of assigned sales territory.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
