The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks while providing outstanding customer service.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and implementing merchandising strategiesAnalyzing sales data to identify areas of improvementCreating visual displays and signage that attract customersEnsuring shelves are stocked with appropriate productsWorking with suppliers to ensure availability of merchandiseBuilding relationships with vendors, customers, and colleaguesMaintaining inventory levels within the storeTraining new staff members on merchandising processesResolving customer complaints or issues in a timely manner.QualificationsProven experience as a Merchandiser or similar roleKnowledge of inventory management proceduresAbility to interpret sales data and develop effective strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and problem solving skillsMust be able to lift up to 25 lbs.Salary: 1100 AED per month.
