Merchandiser for Retail Store in Abu Dhabi, UAEWe are seeking a detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our retail store team in Abu Dhabi. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper display and organization of products in our store to drive sales and create an optimal shopping experience for our customers.Responsibilities:- Work closely with the buying team to understand the brand's vision and product assortment- Create visual displays that are visually appealing and align with the brand's aesthetic- Ensure all products are properly stocked and displayed on the sales floor- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock needs or issues to the buying team- Collaborate with store management to plan and execute promotions and sales events- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times- Train and supervise sales associates on proper merchandising techniques- Continuously analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement in product placement and visual displaysRequirements:- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in a retail environment- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, trends, and techniques- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills- Knowledge of inventory management systems is preferred but not requiredSalary: $1300/month (tax-free)Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEThis position is open to all nationalities.
