OverviewMerchandiser - Indian Nationals (Khawr Fakkan, UAE)We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Khawr Fakkan, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to increase sales and profits through effective product placement and display.ResponsibilitiesDevelop merchandising plans based on market trends, customer preferences, and sales goalsCollaborate with buyers to select products that align with the company's brand imageNegotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of productsCreate eye-catching displays that attract customers' attention and drive salesMonitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment or discontinuation of productsConduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement and display complianceRequirementsProven experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail industryStrong knowledge of market trends, customer preferences, and product positioning techniquesExcellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus)Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teamsPlease note that this is an Indian nationality preferred position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
