BingX offers diversified products and services, including spot, derivatives, copy trading, and asset management – all designed for the evolving needs of users, from beginners to professionals.BingX is committed to providing a trustworthy platform that empowers users with innovative tools and features to elevate their trading proficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact with VARA, managing all regulatory filings, audits, and communications.Ensure the firm’s operations strictly adhere to VARA’s mandatory rulebooks, including Market Conduct, Technology & Information, and Compliance & Risk Management.Monitor changes in the UAE’s Virtual Asset regulatory landscape (VARA, DFSA, Central Bank) and update internal policies accordingly.MLRO Duties (AML/CFT)Oversee the transaction monitoring system to detect suspicious activities related to virtual asset transfers (on-chain and off-chain).Review, assess, and submit Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) to the UAEFIU in a timely manner.Conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) on high-risk customers and wallets.Policy Development & ImplementationDevelop, review, and enforce internal Compliance and AML policies, specifically tailored for Virtual Asset service providers.Implement robust Travel Rule solutions for crypto transfers.Manage the sanctions screening process and ensure compliance with OFAC, UN, and UAE local sanctions lists.Reporting & GovernancePrepare regular compliance reports for the Board of Directors and Senior Management.Maintain the Compliance Monitoring Plan and conduct periodic testing of controls.Ensure proper record-keeping and data privacy standards are met.Conduct regular AML/Compliance training sessions for staff, focusing on VA-specific risks and red flags.Foster a strong culture of compliance within the organization.Qualifications & ExperienceVARA Experience: Must have previous experience dealing directly with VARA (either as a regulated entity employee or a consultant) and a strong understanding of the VARA rulebooks.Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Compliance/AML, with at least 2 years specifically within a Virtual Asset / Cryptocurrency firm in the UAE.Certification: Certified Anti-Money Lapering Specialist (CAMS) or ICA Diploma in AML is mandatory.Working at BingXJoin an international and diversified teamGreat career development in a fast-growing companyBe part of the future of finance technology and achieve meaningful goalsCompetitive market salary and fully remote/work-from-home flexibilityFlexibility to observe your local holiday calendar, alongside additional benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
