The successful candidate will be responsible for:Developing and managing the Hassi Properties mobile application (iOS & Android).Maintaining integrations with our website CRM and live chat systems.Building additional web-based application tools and landing systems as required by the business.Supporting automation integrations and continuous digital improvement.Primary ResponsibilitiesMobile Application DevelopmentDevelop, manage and maintain the Hassi Properties mobile app.Ensure smooth performance across iOS and Android devices.Implement new features, enhancements and upgrades.Monitor app performance, crashes and analytics.Manage App Store and Google Play releases.Core Mobile App FeaturesUser login and registration.Property listings synced from the company website.Property search filters and detail pages.Save favourite and compare properties.Multi-currency pricing with location-based base currency.Mortgage calculator.Lead capture forms connected to Zoho CRM.Live chat integration with agents.Push notifications for new launches and updates.Additional services enquiry section.Web Application DevelopmentDevelop internal and external web applications as required.Create dashboards, landing pages and tools.Build API-based integrations between systems.Support website enhancements and custom features.Maintain existing web platforms and databases.Integrations & SystemsCompany website property feeds.Zoho CRM (lead capture forms automation).Live chat platforms.Currency exchange APIs.Mapping and location services.Analytics and tracking systems.Technical Requirements3 years professional development experience.Strong experience with Flutter or React Native.Strong experience with web development (Laravel PHP or similar).REST API integration.MySQL / MariaDB.Firebase (notifications, analytics, crash reporting).Git version control.Deployment to Apple App Store & Google Play.Preferred Skills (Advantage)Experience with real estate platforms or listing websites.Zoho CRM API integration experience.Live chat integrations (Intercom, Zendesk, etc.).Currency conversion APIs.AWS or cloud hosting experience.UI/UX understanding using Figma designs.Security & ComplianceSecure API communication.Encrypted authentication.GDPR & UAE data-protection compliance.Secure handling of customer data.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive full-time salary.Long-term role with career growth.Annual performance reviews.Opportunity to lead future development projects.Work directly with management and decision-makers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
