You’ll gain exposure to a range of mobility processes guided by structured workflows while developing strong fundamentals in client support and compliance.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage assigned mobility cases from intake to submission following established processes.</li><li>Prepare and submit immigration or work authorization applications, renewals and related filings.</li><li>Maintain client communications with support from senior team members.</li><li>Monitor timelines and ensure accurate documentation handling.</li><li>Participate in internal training and knowledge‑building initiatives.</li><li>Identify process improvement opportunities and share feedback with the team.</li><li>Report to a Senior Mobility Specialist or Team Lead.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>12+ years of relevant experience in immigration, global mobility or a similar field.</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows.</li><li>Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to manage deadlines and multitask.</li><li>Willingness to learn new immigration frameworks and tools.</li></ul><h3>Total Rewards</h3><p>Our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
