National Sales Manager

With strong expansionplans for the Middle East they are an excellent multinational company to bepart of.We are lookingfor an experienced National SalesManager to be based Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.Reporting to: Branch ManagerThe NationalSales Manager create added value through selling, Coordinating, follow up andensure the sales targets, in accordance to the company sales targets.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPrepareand implement annual Sales Plan in support of Territory and CorporateObjectives.Enforcesystematic sales management practices with processes and tools applied.Identifyall major potential customers, including national accounts to establish,develop and maintain positive relationships.Organize,focus, coach and direct all Sales engineers on growing the business andachieving sales budget.Providesupport, training and mentoring to the Sales force.Trackperformance vs. objective for all Sales Engineers.Directsales for key client project in his area and any other medium size (Above1.5 M SAR) project needed to compensate his team’s shortfall.Developlocal sales budgets in line with the national targets.Develop,coordinate and facilitate Territory sales training programs.Maintainlead role for initiatives, policies and programs by working closelywithSuperintendents, and ProductLines.Developcorrective actions where appropriate.Participatein the interviewing, and screening and hiring process for all new NI Salesengineers.Plan andexecute any other activity needed to achieve the agreed targetESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSDegreequalifiedMinimum 5years of experience – should be at Sales Management level nowMust have experience in Elevator & EscalatorcompaniesExcellentknowledge of MS applications (Excel – Word - Powerpoint)PeopleorientationHighfollow up skillsSaudi & Arab nationals only (in Saudi now)COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSSalary tobe used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels and interviewperformanceAs a guide around 25-30k SAR per month total package#J-18808-Ljbffr
