Specifically the Advanced Customer Support (ACS) offering has been created to provide an umbrella subscription service -- our first-ever qualifying as cloud Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) -- that provides functional and technical Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution sustainment to drive continuous NetSuite improvement and value.Work with customers to remediate highest priority gapsEvaluate and test client business processes IT controls and identify areas of risk for managementArchitect solutions for complex business requirements which may include configuration and/or integration and/technical components in partnership with our dedicated Technical Services (TS) teamApply current knowledge of IT trends and systems processes to identify security and risk management issues as well as other opportunities for overall process improvementResearch and consult on various tax mattersDefine detailed functional requirements and design for TS team to test automations and integrations to NetSuiteCustomize and consult on financial reporting to enhance understanding (Balance Sheets Income statements Cash Flow statements)Provide general ledger account analysis; reconciliation bank statements and intercompany accountsPerform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team membersSkills and Qualifications needed:Previous relevant experience in application centric functional or technical roles.Experience in one of these vertical markets: Warehouse Distribution Retail Manufacturing Finance Software ServicesNetSuite or competitive cloud based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solution experience.Confirmed creativity the ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutionsQualificationsCareer Level - IC3Required Experience:Contract#J-18808-Ljbffr
