Network Support Associate Engineer

We’re hiring a Network Support Associate (Associate Engineer) to support critical network operations in a fast-paced, multi-vendor environment.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in 24x7 operations support and on-call rotationsMonitor network health and respond to incidents via NMS toolsSupport migration activities, including configuration, validation, and cutoversTroubleshoot issues across legacy and live network environmentsExecute service requests and changes following structured processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors during maintenance windowsMaintain documentation, network diagrams, and operational recordsWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in IP/MPLS network environmentsStrong foundation in routing (OSPF, IS-IS, BGP) and MPLS technologiesHands-on experience with multi-vendor platforms (Cisco, Huawei, Juniper)Exposure to L2/L3 VPN services and service migration workflowsAbility to support live network operations and complex cutoversCCNP (or equivalent) certification preferredRole HighlightsFull-time, long-term opportunity (multi-year engagement)Involvement in critical network migrations and operations24x7 support environment with hands-on exposureOnsite support and field activity required when needed#J-18808-Ljbffr
