Work Flexibility: Field-based. The New Technologies Specialist is a highly specialized professional responsible for the rollout and implementation of all new technologies within the Neurovascular division across ME&A region (KSA UAE Egypt GME and South Africa).What you will doKey Activities & AccountabilitiesServe as the Expert in NV technical and complex aneurysm treatment with the objective of upskilling sales teams to become independent in supporting complex cases and managing their new technology business pipeline.With the in-country sales organization identify strategy for target accounts to drive New Technologies adoption.Channel market intelligence to Marketing team paying specific attention to clinical practice trends and competitor activity.Coordinate physician in-service presentations workshops training sessions proctorships and other customer education activities in alignment with the E-skill lab program.Develop close KOL relationships and play an instrumental part in the ME&A region strategy also looking to develop rising star physicians and network Stryker new technology advocates across region and globally.Coordinate VOC & MAB activities with Stryker internal stakeholders promoting high level cooperation & transparency in communication.What you needEducationUndergraduate degree technical or medical background preferredAdvanced degree in a medical or technical field preferredExperience6 years of experience in medical device sales and/or marketingDeep technical expertise in neurovascular interventional fieldProven track record in NV Sales success is advantageousVery good written and spoken English & ArabicPreferably trained in a medical scientific technical career or degree in sciences economics or the likeCompetencies & BehaviorsStrong interpersonal skills proven ability to work in a team environmentExcellent communication skills comfortable navigating complex matrix organizationExperience introducing and driving adoption of innovative medical technologies product launch experience preferredStrong skill set in managing and developing KOL physician programs.Travel Percentage: 70%Required ExperienceUnclear Seniority#J-18808-Ljbffr
